- Assist with other store tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Knowledge Of Shrinkage Prevention Techniques: A Qualified Store Associate - Shortage Control Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Techniques And Strategies To Prevent Shrinkage And Reduce Loss For The Store.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify Potential Loss Or Theft Situations. A Store Associate - Shortage Control Must Be Able To Effectively Monitor And Detect Suspicious Behavior Or Discrepancies In Inventory.
