11. Assist in implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures related to shortage control.
12. Communicate any potential risks or concerns to management in a timely manner.
13. Work closely with store management to develop and implement strategies to reduce theft and loss.
14. Act as a resource for customers and provide guidance on safety and security measures.
15. Continuously strive to improve store security measures and make recommendations for enhancements.
