  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  4. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the store's products and services in order to assist customers with their purchase decisions.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  8. Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and home decor trends to assist customers in their product selection.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction goals.
  11. Assist with merchandising and restocking products to maintain an appealing and organized store layout.
  12. Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, coworkers, and management.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and growth within the company.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Store Associate Must Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Customers.
