  1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and assist them with locating merchandise.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and tidying up.
  4. Learn and understand the store's merchandise and be able to effectively communicate product information to customers.
  5. Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Assist with cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  9. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and be a brand ambassador for Burlington Stores.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  13. Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise and ensure proper inventory levels.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
