As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store visually appealing.
  4. Operate cash registers and accurately process transactions.
  5. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge.
  9. Actively seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  10. Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all interactions with customers and team members.
  11. Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and kindness.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  14. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
