Shortage Control Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain shortage-control systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate product movement throughout the organization.
2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
3. Research and resolve discrepancies in inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory shrinkage and improve inventory accuracy.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
6. Train and mentor team members on inventory control procedures and best practices.
7. Prepare reports on inventory performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Maintain updated records of inventory transactions and reviews.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient flow of goods and services.
10. Monitor and evaluate inventory control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
