- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of current HR processes and systems utilizing Workday software.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the Workday system.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and analyze Workday system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Workday, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Lead training and development sessions for HR team members to increase knowledge and proficiency in Workday.
- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on Workday projects and initiatives.

- Participate in the testing and implementation of new Workday features and updates.
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday.

- Maintain documentation and records of Workday system changes, updates, and processes.

Extensive Workday Experience: A Senior Workday Analyst At Burlington Stores Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With The Workday Platform, With A Strong Understanding Of All Major Modules Including Hcm, Payroll, Time Tracking, And Benefits.
Advanced Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Advanced Technical Skills, Including Experience With Workday Integrations, Report Writing, And Data Analysis. Familiarity With Other Hris Systems And Programming Languages Is Also A Plus.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Workday Analyst Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Systems And Processes, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Develop And Implement Effective Solutions. They Should Also Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently.
