
Senior Vice President, Store Operations
At Burlington Stores, our Senior Vice President of Store Operations is a critical leader of our retail operations team, driving strategy and delivering results. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader who is passionate about leading retail operations and inspiring their team. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in retail store operations, a track record of successfully leading and developing teams, and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience. The successful candidate will have the vision to create and drive a culture of high standards, accountability, and collaboration with their team. In addition to these qualities, the following qualifications are required: • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail store operations• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high performing teams• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering superior customer service• Ability to develop and execute strategies that will drive store performance• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to all levels of the organization• Ability to think and act strategically and analyticallyIf you’re an experienced retail operations leader who is passionate about delivering a superior customer experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive store performance • Lead and develop a team of high performing retail store operations personnel • Measure and monitor store performance to ensure operational excellence • Create and promote a culture of high standards, accountability, and collaboration • Identify areas for improvement within retail operations and develop strategies to address them • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiencies • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Provide regular reports of store performance and customer feedback to senior management
