Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for ensuring the safety of products and compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Lead and direct a team of product safety and regulatory experts and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
3. Monitor current and emerging safety regulations and standards and develop plans for compliance.
4. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure that safety and compliance requirements are met.
5. Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies for addressing them.
6. Develop, maintain, and monitor product safety and compliance policies.
7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential areas of non-compliance.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of product safety and compliance programs and recommend areas for improvement.
9. Prepare reports and presentations on product safety and regulatory compliance.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company meets its commitments.
