Senior Director Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance

The Senior Director of Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest safety standards and comply with applicable government regulations.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a product safety and/or regulatory compliance role. Additionally, they will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, chemistry, or other technical discipline. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, are also necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all products meet the highest safety standards and comply with applicable government regulations.
2. Develop and maintain best practices in product safety and regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor and assess current product safety and regulatory compliance standards.
4. Prepare reports and presentations on product safety and compliance.
5. Provide guidance and support to staff on product safety and compliance issues.
6. Liaise with external stakeholders on product safety and compliance matters.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product safety and compliance.
8. Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with standards.
9. Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
10. Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
