Senior Business Analyst - Finance
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst – Finance to join our team at Burlington Stores. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to support the growth of the organization. You'll be expected to evaluate, assess, and manage current and future financial needs to ensure the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field and at least five years of experience in a financial analyst role. Proven experience in developing financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations are also a must. Furthermore, you should be a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, while demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.If you have the qualifications and passion for excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
