  1. Stock store shelves and merchandise in an efficient and organized manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and backroom area.
  3. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments.
  4. Ensure accuracy in product labeling and pricing.
  5. Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper stocking levels and product availability.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to assist customers.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any questions or concerns.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and merchandise needs.
  10. Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.
  11. Follow all safety and security protocols.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Be willing to cross-train and assist in other areas of the store as needed.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the business.
  17. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
