  1. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure store is fully stocked and organized.
  2. Follow company guidelines and procedures for receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise.
  3. Assist in ensuring merchandise is properly priced and displayed.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and sales floor.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with finding products.
  6. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet store goals.
  7. Communicate any inventory or stocking issues to management in a timely manner.
  8. Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and theft of merchandise.
  9. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to learn about new products and procedures.
  10. Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
  11. Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic in all tasks and interactions with customers and team members.
  12. Be flexible with scheduling and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  13. Learn and follow all company policies and procedures.
  14. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Or Stocking Experience: A Qualified Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Or Stocking Role, As This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Operations And Their Ability To Handle Inventory.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: A Seasonal Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage And Organize Large Amounts Of Inventory. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Job May Involve Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So Candidates Must Have The Physical Stamina And Strength To Perform These Tasks Safely And Effectively.

  • Team Player: A Seasonal Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment. This Includes Communicating Effectively With Coworkers, Taking Direction From Supervisors, And Helping Out In Different Areas Of The Store When Needed.

  • Availability To Work Flexible Hours: Most Retail Stores Require Seasonal Employees To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates For This Position Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work During Peak Shopping Times.
