- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales goals.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by ensuring excellent customer service.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure the store has a diverse and well-stocked selection of merchandise.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll for store employees.
- Collaborate with other store managers and upper management to share best practices and achieve company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees and provide coaching and feedback to help them grow and develop.
- Manage and monitor store budgets and expenses.
- Uphold company values and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of the store's operations.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A High-Volume Store.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Store Profitability.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management, Including Experience With Pos Systems And Inventory Control Processes.
