  2. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  4. Create a positive and welcoming work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve store performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
  7. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is attractive and appealing to customers.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  9. Plan and execute promotional events and sales strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  10. Monitor and manage store budget and expenses to maximize profitability.

  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Store Manager At Burlington Stores Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees To Achieve Sales Targets And Maintain High Levels Of Customer Service.

  • Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A High-Volume Store. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle The Demands Of A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Store Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Order To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Confidently With Both Employees And Customers.
