- Manage store closing procedures: The Retail Store Closing Lead will be responsible for ensuring all closing procedures are properly executed, including cash handling, securing the store, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Lead a team of associates: The Closing Lead will supervise a team of associates, delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently.
