- Ensure all closing procedures are followed according to company policies and standards.

Prior Retail Experience: Ideal Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational Skills: The Retail Store Closing Lead Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Closing Procedures Of The Store, Which Includes Managing A Team Of Associates And Ensuring All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And Accurately. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks.
