  1. Oversee the closing procedures of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Manage and delegate tasks to closing team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure a successful closing shift.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock and replenish merchandise as needed.
  4. Ensure that all customer needs are met during closing hours, including addressing any concerns or complaints that may arise.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays.
  6. Accurately count and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  7. Train and develop closing team members on company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency during closing hours.
  8. Collaborate with other store leaders to identify and implement process improvements for more efficient closing procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect the store and its merchandise during closing hours.
