Responsibilities:

1. Oversee store closing operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
2. Manage cash office and deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Provide outstanding customer service, responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
5. Train and mentor store staff in customer service standards and closing procedures.
6. Ensure store is properly stocked with merchandise and that shelves and displays are well-maintained.
7. Work with store management to ensure store meets all safety and security requirements.
8. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
9. Track and analyze store performance data, providing reports to store management.
10. Lead store closing meetings and provide timely updates on store progress.
