  1. Oversee the daily closing procedures of the retail store to ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Manage the store's inventory and ensure accurate counts are maintained.
  3. Lead and supervise a team of associates during the closing shift, delegating tasks and providing guidance when needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
  5. Create and maintain a schedule for closing tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allotted time frame.
  6. Train new associates on closing procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance to current team members.
  7. Ensure all merchandise is properly returned to the sales floor or backroom at the end of the day.
  8. Monitor and maintain the store's cleanliness and organization during the closing shift.
  9. Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the closing shift, escalating to management when necessary.
  10. Collaborate with management to implement and maintain efficient closing procedures and improve overall store operations.
  11. Review and analyze closing reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  12. Remain up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, setting an example for team members.
  14. Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during the closing process.
  15. Assist in other store tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Retail Leadership Role, Preferably In A Closing Or Inventory Management Position.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Control, Merchandising, And Loss Prevention.
