  1. Oversee the store closing process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Manage a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
  3. Ensure all closing procedures are followed, including cash handling, security checks, and closing inventory counts.
  4. Communicate with store management regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during the closing process.
  5. Train and coach associates on proper closing procedures and customer service standards.
  6. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization during closing hours.
  7. Coordinate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to ensure a seamless closing process.
  8. Assist with opening and closing the store as needed.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to the closing process.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to store closing procedures.
  11. Troubleshoot any technical or operational issues that may arise during the closing process.
  12. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving store closing processes and customer service.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security regulations.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
