  1. Oversee the closing procedures of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure efficient and effective completion of closing tasks.
  3. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization standards during closing shift.
  4. Collaborate with other store leaders to identify and implement improvements to closing procedures.
  5. Train and develop team members on proper closing procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  6. Communicate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring each individual understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
  7. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and labeled for the next business day.
  8. Conduct thorough checks of all registers and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  9. Assist with customer service issues or escalated situations as needed.
  10. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and associates by following company policies and procedures.
  11. Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
  12. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leading by example for the team.
  14. Collaborate with management to create and implement closing schedules that meet the needs of the store and its customers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Closing Or Inventory Management Position.

Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Are Crucial For This Position.

  • Flexibility And Availability: This Role May Require Working Evening And Weekend Shifts In Order To Oversee The Closing Of The Store. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During Peak Retail Hours.
