- Ensure that all merchandise is properly accounted for and securely stored.
- Coordinate with management and staff to develop and implement effective store closing strategies.
- Train and supervise store closing team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
- Communicate with customers and address any concerns or issues that arise during the store closing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment throughout the closing process.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged for clearance.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to make sure they are accurate and updated.
- Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless transition between store closing and opening.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both employees and customers.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Experience In Retail Management: The Retail Store Closing Lead Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Including Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
