Burlington Stores is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Retail Store Closing Lead to join our team!The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a passion for leading and motivating others, and the ability to ensure the highest levels of customer service. With a keen eye for detail, the Retail Store Closing Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the closing process of the store, including ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, be a problem-solver, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Executing the store closing process in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitoring and overseeing store employees during closing procedures.
  3. Ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards and policies.
  4. Training and orienting new staff on closing procedures.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
  6. Maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times.
  7. Managing inventory and conducting periodic stock checks.
  8. Monitoring store performance and reporting any issues to the Store Manager.
  9. Assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating store employees.
  10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
