Retail Store Closing Lead

Burlington Stores is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Store Closing Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the store is properly closed and secured each night
• Train new employees on store closing procedures
• Prepare and review closing paperwork and reports
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• Monitor cash registers and other equipment to ensure proper operation
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and store efficiency
• Provide support to store management and staff as needed
