Retail Store Closing Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Closing Lead to join our team at Burlington Stores and help us keep our store running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires an individual with a positive attitude, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of staff in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at the end of each shift.
2. Supervise and motivate team members to meet daily goals and objectives.
3. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Monitor and manage store inventory levels and communicate stock needs to store management.
6. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
7. Process store closing paperwork and report any irregularities to store management.
8. Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Collaborate with store team members to maximize efficiency and sales performance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
