
Retail Stocking Team Supervisor

- Oversee and manage the stocking team to ensure efficient and timely filling of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a high level of productivity and quality of work.
- Create and implement stocking schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with management to order and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, adhering to safety and loss prevention guidelines.
- Collaborate with other store departments to coordinate and prioritize stocking needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other store associates to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Address any customer or employee concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to stocking and retail operations.

Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills
