  1. Lead and coach a team of retail stockers to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity goals are met.
  2. Monitor and maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  3. Educate team members on safety procedures, stocking techniques, and customer service principles.
  4. Ensure that team members are following company policies and procedures.
  5. Schedule and manage shifts for team members, including making staffing adjustments as needed.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  7. Train team members on new technologies, processes, and techniques.
  8. Track and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  9. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote team unity and foster a positive work environment.
  10. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
