  1. Supervise and lead a team of stockers in the proper stocking and organization of merchandise in the store.
  2. Ensure that all merchandise is priced and tagged correctly according to company standards.
  3. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices for stocking and organizing merchandise.
  5. Create and implement efficient stocking procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  6. Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals by maintaining proper stock levels and product placement.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the store manager.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth flow of merchandise and resolve any stocking or inventory issues.
  10. Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Capacity.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Stocking Team Supervisor Is Responsible For Managing And Directing A Team Of Stockers And Ensuring They Meet Productivity And Performance Goals. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Motivate And Guide Their Team.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: Burlington Stores Uses Various Inventory Management Systems To Track And Maintain Stock Levels. Candidates Should Have Prior Knowledge And Experience Working With These Systems, Or Be Willing To Learn New Systems Quickly.
