- Supervise and lead a team of stockers in the proper stocking and organization of merchandise in the store.
- Ensure that all merchandise is priced and tagged correctly according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and make necessary adjustments.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices for stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Create and implement efficient stocking procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals by maintaining proper stock levels and product placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the store manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth flow of merchandise and resolve any stocking or inventory issues.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.
Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Capacity.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Stocking Team Supervisor Is Responsible For Managing And Directing A Team Of Stockers And Ensuring They Meet Productivity And Performance Goals.
