Job Description

At Burlington Stores, we are looking for a hard-working Retail Stocking Team Supervisor who has a passion for providing excellent customer service and is driven to succeed. As the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of stockers to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of merchandise to our stores. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior supervisory experience in a retail setting, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of stockers to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of merchandise to our stores
  2. Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
  3. Ensure the accuracy of inventory counts and stock levels
  4. Monitor store performance and provide feedback to store managers
  5. Work with store managers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and efficient distribution of goods
  6. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and policies for the stockroom
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, vendors, and other departments
  8. Monitor stockroom performance and take action when necessary
  9. Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed
  10. Provide a positive work environment for team members
