Job Description

At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the stocking team and lead by example in order to reach store goals.
  2. Oversee the stocking team’s work and ensure it is completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and re-order stock when needed.
  4. Train and motivate the stocking team to ensure quality customer service.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
  6. Create and implement effective stocking processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Investigate customer complaints and resolve any stocking issues.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to customers on the sales floor.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
