
Retail Stocking Team Supervisor
At Burlington Stores, our Retail Stocking Team Supervisors are vital to the success of our store operations. We are seeking a collaborative, organized and enthusiastic individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to join our team. The Retail Stocking Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stocking team, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stocked and presented to customers.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of leadership experience in a retail environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of retail stocking processes and procedures and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can motivate and inspire employees to achieve the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the stocking team and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and presented to customers
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve the highest standards of customer service
- Monitor and assess performance of stocking team members
- Train and develop team members to ensure top quality standards
- Manage stocking tasks to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely re-stocking of merchandise
- Communicate with store managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement best practices for stocking processes and procedures
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and performance of stocking team
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Utilize store analytics and data to ensure maximum efficiency
