
Retail Stocking Team Supervisor
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for a motivated and organized Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be a reliable and dedicated professional, with a focus on customer service, who will oversee our team of stockers and ensure our store runs smoothly. To be successful in this role, the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in retail stocking, and the ability to lead a team of stockers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of stockers to ensure store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor and assess stock levels to ensure store shelves are adequately stocked
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and mentor stockers on proper stocking techniques and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service
- Monitor stockers to ensure accuracy in stocking and ensure inventory is properly tracked and recorded
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide feedback and ongoing performance evaluations to stockers
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
