Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our team at Burlington Stores! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the activities of our retail stocking team. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail stocking, excellent organizational and managerial skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you have the right qualifications and a customer-centric attitude, we would be thrilled to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage operational plans for the retail stocking team in order to meet store objectives.
  2. Oversee the selection, training and performance of team members to ensure that they are performing according to company standards.
  3. Monitor workloads and delegate tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and customer service.
  4. Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  5. Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  7. Promote a culture of customer service excellence.
  8. Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations to improve operational performance.
  9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
