Job Description

As an experienced Retail Stocking Team Supervisor at Burlington Stores, you will be a critical member of our team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store’s stocking division. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for customer service, organization, and problem-solving. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a retail stocking environment, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team with confidence and integrity. Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a retail stocking team and ensure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
  2. Ensure that all products are stocked and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor the inventory levels and order additional supplies when necessary.
  4. Train and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service.
  5. Create and implement operational policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  7. Ensure store compliance with safety and health regulations.
  8. Monitor performance of the team and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain accurate records of stocking operations.
