Job Description

As a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor at Burlington Stores, you will provide essential support to the Store Management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store’s stocking teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and ready for our customers. We are looking for a leader with a passion for customer service, a commitment to delivering quality results, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to stay focused on the task at hand. You should also be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on customer needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store’s stocking teams.
  2. Ensure store is well-stocked and ready for customers.
  3. Motivate and mentor the stocking teams.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on customer needs.
  5. Develop customer service excellence standards and ensure that all team members adhere to them.
  6. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure goals are met.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is rotated and replenished.
  8. Supervise and train new team members.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and address customer service issues.
  10. Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and customers.
