Job Description

As the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor at Burlington Stores, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of Retail Stockers to ensure exceptional customer service, merchandise presentation, and store organization. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for retail. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate retail stockers to ensure team performance and customer satisfaction
  2. Monitor the team's progress and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis
  3. Ensure merchandise presentation and store organization standards are met
  4. Maintain communication between store staff and management to ensure efficient operations
  5. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  6. Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed
  7. Monitor inventory control systems to prevent losses
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service excellence
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
