Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Manage the stocking team, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance monitoring. •Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory, safety, and merchandising. •Provide excellent customer service, ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. •Maintain and enforce safety standards and store cleanliness. •Ensure accuracy of inventory and pricing. •Identify opportunities for operational improvements and provide solutions to maximize efficiency. •Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. •Train team members on product knowledge and customer service skills. •Maintain and update store policies and procedures. •Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
