  1. Manage and lead a team of stockers to ensure efficient and timely stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
  2. Create and maintain a productive and organized work environment for the stock team.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage inventory levels and ensure accurate replenishment of merchandise.
  4. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with store management to identify and address any inventory issues.
  5. Train and mentor new team members on proper stocking procedures and company policies.
  6. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the store.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items on the sales floor.
  8. Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  9. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed performance goals and expectations.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  12. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels, and assist with inventory audits as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in retail operations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
  15. Lead by example and embody the company's values and culture to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
