Burlington Stores is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and organized for our customers. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor a team of associates, while also utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to keep our store running smoothly.   1. Lead and supervise a team of associates to ensure efficient and effective stocking of merchandise.
  2. Train and mentor team members on stocking procedures, product knowledge, and customer service.
  3. Create and maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment for customers.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  5. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure timely completion of stocking duties.
  6. Coordinate with management to plan and execute stockroom organization and inventory management.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security measures.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product location and inquiries.
  9. Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or stocking issues to management.
  10. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  11. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
  13. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, inventory control, and cash handling.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store operations and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Customer Service.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Part-Time Associates To Achieve Daily Stocking Goals. This Includes Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively, And The Ability To Handle Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For A Retail Stocking Team Lead. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Effectively Manage Inventory, And Maintain Accurate Records Of Stock Levels.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physically Demanding Work, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: Experience With Inventory Management Systems, Such As Pos Or Inventory Tracking Software, Is Preferred. This Will Help The Team Lead To Effectively Manage Stock Levels And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Issues In A Timely Manner.
