Burlington Stores is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   1. Oversee the stocking and organization of merchandise in the retail store.
  2. Train and supervise a team of stock associates to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  3. Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure timely reordering of merchandise.
  4. Create and implement strategies to improve the overall organization and presentation of merchandise in the store.
  5. Lead by example and provide guidance to team members on best practices for stocking, organizing, and maintaining the store.
  6. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to increase store productivity.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and security procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  10. Assist with inventory management and conduct regular inventory counts as needed.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  14. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to make informed decisions and suggestions.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Retail Stocking Team Lead Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Retail Operations And The Ability To Manage A Team.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Part-Time Team Lead, The Individual Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Part-Time Employees. They Should Have Experience In Delegating Tasks, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Organizational Skills: Retail Stocking Team Leads Are Responsible For Managing Inventory And Ensuring Products Are Stocked On Shelves In A Timely And Organized Manner. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are A Must For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: The Team Lead Must Be Able To Accurately Track Inventory, Identify Discrepancies, And Maintain Product Presentation Standards. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Store Is Well-Stocked And Visually Appealing To Customers.

  • Availability And Flexibility: A Part-Time Team Lead Must Be Available To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Evenings. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Work Demands And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
