Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and a keen eye for organization? If so, Burlington Stores is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Retail Stocking Team Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a team of stockers to ensure that our store is always fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time-management skills, as well as previous retail experience.   1. Lead and manage a team of stockers to ensure efficient and effective stocking of merchandise in the store.
  2. Create and maintain a visually appealing and fully stocked store for customers.
  3. Train and guide team members on proper stocking procedures and techniques.
  4. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Motivate and encourage team members to achieve daily stocking goals.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Utilize time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  10. Collaborate with other team leads and store management to improve processes and achieve overall store goals.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  13. Continuously strive to improve team performance and efficiency.
  14. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Stocking Team Lead Job At Burlington Stores Should Have Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Will Showcase The Candidate's Ability To Lead A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Manage Schedules Effectively.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Retail Stocking Team Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Stocking And Replenishment Of Merchandise In The Store.   • Excellent Communication Skills: The Retail Stocking Team Lead Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Their Team Members, Store Management, And Other Departments Within The Store. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions, Giving Feedback, And Resolving Any Conflicts That May Arise.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Retail Stocking Team Lead Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Efficiently.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: Burlington Stores Uses Inventory Management Systems To Track And Manage Merchandise. A Qualified Candidate For The Retail Stocking Team Lead Job Should Have Experience Using These Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
