Job Description

At Burlington Stores, we are looking for a Retail Stocking Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the stocking process, managing inventory flow, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized sales floor. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Lead and manage a team of retail stockers to ensure efficient and effective stocking processes.
  2. Oversee inventory flow and manage stock levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized sales floor.
  3. Train and develop team members on proper stocking techniques and company procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including restocking and replenishment schedules.
  5. Collaborate with other team leads and store management to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.
  6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Continuously monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail stocking to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding expectations.
  11. Maintain open communication with management and provide regular updates on team performance and any issues or concerns.
  12. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude to motivate and inspire team members.
  13. Assist with the hiring and training of new team members.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and customers.

  • Experience In Retail Stocking: A Successful Retail Stocking Team Lead Should Have A Strong Background In Retail Stocking, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Stocking Processes.
