  1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail stocking team, including assigning tasks and managing schedules to ensure efficient and timely completion of all stocking duties.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and placing replenishment orders as needed.
  3. Train and coach team members on proper stocking procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. Lead by example and actively participate in the stocking process, including unloading trucks, organizing merchandise, and restocking shelves.
  5. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of merchandise and address any stock-related issues.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, following safety protocols and company policies.
  7. Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance or behavior issues in a timely manner.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any stocking or inventory discrepancies to prevent customer service and sales disruptions.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient stock movement and assist with special projects or store events as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
  11. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a team-oriented and customer-centric culture.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of store sales goals and actively work towards achieving them.
  15. Represent the company in a positive manner and act as a brand ambassador to uphold the company's reputation for providing quality products and exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Retail Stocking Or Inventory Management Role, Preferably In A Leadership Position.
