  1. Maintain inventory levels: Ensure that shelves are fully stocked with the appropriate products and quantities at all times.
  2. Receive and unpack merchandise: Receive shipments and unpack merchandise in a timely and organized manner, checking for accuracy and quality.
  3. Stock shelves: Restock shelves with merchandise in an efficient and organized manner, following company standards and guidelines.
  4. Monitor product levels: Continuously monitor product levels and inform management of any low or out-of-stock items.
  5. Maintain store appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by regularly restocking and arranging products.
  6. Customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have.
  7. Product knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the products sold in the store in order to assist customers and make recommendations.
  8. Follow safety procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective stocking and restocking processes.
  10. Maintain records: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies.
  11. Assist with other tasks: Assist with other retail tasks as needed, such as pricing and merchandising, to support the overall store operations.
  12. Uphold company values: Represent the company in a positive manner and uphold its values of providing high-quality products at unbeatable prices.
  13. Adhere to company policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
