Retail Stocking Associate

1. Stocking and organizing merchandise: The Retail Stocking Associate will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring that it is organized in a visually appealing manner.
2. Maintaining store appearance: It will be the responsibility of the Retail Stocking Associate to ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. This includes restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the stockroom organized.
3. Providing excellent customer service: The Retail Stocking Associate will be expected to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer any questions they may have, and help them find products they are looking for.
4. Receiving and processing shipments: The Retail Stocking Associate will be responsible for receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, checking for accuracy, and ensuring that all items are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
5. Inventory management: The Retail Stocking Associate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, identifying low stock items, and communicating with management to ensure timely restocking.
6. Following safety procedures: It is the responsibility of the Retail Stocking Associate to follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing stocking and organizing tasks, including using equipment such as ladders and pallet jacks.
7. Collaborating with team members: The Retail Stocking Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations. This includes communicating any issues or concerns and helping out with tasks as needed.
8. Adhering to company policies: The Retail Stocking Associate will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management, customer service, and safety.
