- Stock store shelves and racks with merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of all merchandise.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and sales floor.
- Receive and process shipments, including unpacking, sorting, and tagging merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Ensures They Have A Basic Understanding Of Retail Operations And Can Quickly Learn The Specific Processes And Procedures Of Burlington Stores.
