- Ensure shelves are fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Unload and unpack merchandise deliveries.
- Organize and arrange merchandise on shelves according to company standards.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed throughout the day.
- Assist customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Follow safety protocols while handling and stocking merchandise.
- Keep work area clean and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively complete tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing customers to desired products.

Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects: A Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Physically Capable Of Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, Often Weighing Up To 50 Pounds.
Attention To Detail: As A Retail Stocking Associate, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure All Merchandise Is Accurately Displayed And Priced.
Time Management Skills: With A Constantly Changing Inventory And High Customer Traffic, A Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time To Complete Tasks In A Timely Manner.
