
Retail Stocking Associate - Part-Time

- Stock shelves and maintain store inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Receive and unload merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Organize and arrange products on shelves according to store standards and planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations to management.
- Assist customers with locating products and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of merchandise to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and complete tasks efficiently.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in store set-up and seasonal changes to merchandise displays.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move and transport merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking Positions.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Such As Boxes Or Merchandise, Up To 50Lbs.
Familiarity With Inventory Management Systems And Basic Math Skills For Accurate Counting And Tracking Of Stock.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
