- Ensure store shelves and displays are fully stocked and organized at all times for a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Receive and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks, checking for accuracy and quality of items.
- Sort and arrange items in designated areas according to company standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies or low stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including proper labeling and storage of inventory.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding product availability and location.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent theft and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to accurately assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Assist in other areas of the store, such as cashiering or fitting room duties, as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Able To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Tasks, Ensuring That Products Are Stocked And Displayed In A Timely Manner.
Physical Stamina: This Role Can Involve Lifting And Carrying Heavy Items, So Candidates Should Have The Physical Fitness And Endurance To Perform These Tasks Throughout Their Shift.
